Due to the complicated legal and medical systems within our present society we feel it is imperative that clients understand and accept the scope of services provided by Fresh Beginnings. We are not, nor do we claim to be therapists, nor do we diagnose or prescribe.    
 
We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any person or persons  with respect to any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly with material presented in our Life Coaching  and Seminars.  

Our company promotes, healthy, balanced living and self-responsible choice making.  We provide information and tools that assist others but will not be held liable or responsible for how clients, participants and/or their families choose to interpret or act upon what is presented.     

Although we do not fall under the jurisdiction or guidelines provided by Manitoba Health Services or the Privacy Act of Manitoba we do our best to adhere to their mandates to assure that the privacy and confidentiality of each person who participates in any aspect of our company is protected.  

It is with regret that such disclaimers are necessary.  It is our hope that we will all work together to create a society where we all take responsibility for ourselves and the choices we make and do our best to cooperate with others.
