The company name was changed from the Inner Dynamics system to Fresh Beginnings in 2008 because that name represents who we are and what we do... assisting clients in creating their fresh beginnings at any stage of life.
Coralie Darsey-Malloy has been writing, producing and presenting dynamic living seminars in the health and wellness field since 1987. When she and her partner in life and business met in 1990 they combined their knowledge and experience and created the Inner Dynamics System (IDS) for personal development. They use this system as a foundation for their course material and present seminars to a variety of companies and service agencies throughout Manitoba.

Seminars are conducted in an interactive and experiential style and include handouts, instruments and tools. Home study workbooks are available for those who would like them as refreshers and references. Our company also has interactive home study courses that can be purchased separately or included in the price of each seminar. With or without the manuals participants receive handouts, interactive discovery exercises and suggested reading lists to augment course material.
We also offer custom-design services and can custom-designed programs to meet the specific needs of clients. All our material is developed in-house and any of our courses or modules can be adapted to suit specific requests. Due to the breadth and depth of our experience, we quickly get up to speed to deliver the results you need. Before we get started on the development of any course an estimate will be prepared detailing our understanding of the scope of project. Once we begin working together, if it appears that the project will be over (or under) the initial estimate clients are promptly informed. Clients only pay after acceptance of the proposal. Our company has developed courses for service organizations and non-profit companies and will work with all reasonable budgets.
